Rep Overview

Every call you make gets recorded, transcribed, and scored against your team's scorecard. You can see all of it — the transcript, the score, and the reasoning behind the score.

This guide is how to actually use that, in about 20 minutes a week.

First, the thing people usually want to know

Yes, your manager can see your calls and your scores. And yes, you can see exactly the same thing. The scorecard you're measured against is visible to you, criterion by criterion, along with how each call scored against it and why.

That's deliberate. You shouldn't have to guess what "good" means, and you shouldn't find out how a call went in a review three weeks later.

After a call you're unsure about (5 minutes)

Don't wait for your 1:1. Open the call from Calls — insights are usually ready within a few minutes of the recording finishing.

Go to the Scorecard section first, and read the reasoning, not just the number. The number tells you that something was off; the reasoning tells you what. Then use Key Moments to jump to the part of the transcript that mattered rather than re-listening to the whole call.

Also on the call:

  • Buyer Readiness — how close this buyer actually was. Useful sanity check when a call felt good but didn't convert.
  • Objections — what they pushed back on and how you handled it.
  • Action Items — what you committed to. Worth checking before you follow up.

Weekly: your dashboard (10 minutes)

Your dashboard is scoped to you. Nobody else's numbers are on it.

Your Action Plan is the short list of what to work on, generated from patterns across your own calls — not from one bad call. That's the point: one rough call is noise, the same thing showing up four times is a habit.

What's Happening breaks down what's actually coming up on your calls: Top Objections, Prospect Goals, Pain Points, and Why They Say Yes. The last one is the most underused thing in the product. If you know the three reasons buyers say yes to you, you can get to them faster.

Coaching Inbox is where notes from your manager land. If it's empty, they haven't sent any — it's not hiding anything.

Before your 1:1 (5 minutes)

Look at your scores across the last couple of weeks and pick out one pattern and one question.

Managers get a lot more out of "I keep losing them on pricing — can we work through how you'd handle the Rodriguez call?" than out of waiting to be told what to fix. You have the same data they do, usually before they've read it.

Getting better at the thing you're measured on

  • Read the reasoning, not the score. The score is a summary. The reasoning is the coaching.
  • Look for patterns, not incidents. Three calls with the same gap is a habit worth fixing. One is a Tuesday.
  • Study your own best calls. Your highest-scoring recent calls are right there. What you did differently is usually more repeatable than anything from a book.
  • Check one thing at a time. Pick a single focus area, work it for a couple of weeks, then look at whether the scores moved.

When the score is wrong

Sometimes it will be. The AI misreads tone, misses context it wasn't given, or rewards something that doesn't matter on your deals.

Use the thumbs on the call's scorecard — Score looks right or Score needs adjustment. If something's more general, the feedback button at the bottom-right of any page takes free text.

This isn't a complaints box. Scorecard feedback feeds back into how your team's scorecard gets tuned, so a specific, concrete note ("I did ask why now, at 8:40 — it scored as missing") is genuinely useful. See Giving Feedback.

When something looks broken

Your calls aren't showing up. Most often your account hasn't been linked to the recording integration — if you were invited by email, someone needs to match you to your Zoom or Fathom user. Ask your manager to check the roster.

A specific call is missing. Check it was recorded to the cloud, not just locally — local recordings never reach us. If it's a Zoom call that didn't get recorded to the cloud, there's nothing to recover.

A call is stuck processing. Most calls finish within minutes. If one is still going hours later, tell your manager or email support.
